The Tournament of Champions is our special tournament to crown this season’s nerdiest trivia team in Charleston!
How to compete in the Tournament of Champions?
Play trivia at official Publik Education trivia locations from October 19 – November 30
Your team will earn points toward qualification for every 1st or 2nd place finish you rack up during this 6-week window. Play more, win more, and improve your chances to represent your trivia location!
After securing a 1st or 2nd place finish, your quizmaster will record your team captain’s name, number, and email to officially register you on the league table!
Charleston’s best teams that record the most top 2 finishes in these 6 weeks will compete in an invite-only one-day trivia tournament for a chance to win cash prizes and the most coveted trivia trophy in the world!

20 Teams. If any teams decline the invitation, we will proceed to the next team on the waiting list

The use of smart devices of any and all sorts is strictly prohibited during the final tournament. No shenanigans.
Additionally, we will have scheduled bathroom breaks! Teammates that use the restroom during a trivia round will be forced to wait until the completion of that round to rejoin their team.

Details are being finalized, but we plan for it to take place on the Sunday before the Super Bowl to avoid major conflicts
